Except for the historical postscripts, the piece is written in the voice of Vannar Treece; it’s literally the strategic briefing on Operation Influx, a story you can also read for free online. But there’s a lot more to it than that, as we’ve gone through the upcoming comics and novel to include quite a lot of places Kerra may be seeing.
